Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Zylyy. They apply both to parents and guardians who book rides ("riders") and to the drivers who provide them. By creating an account or using Zylyy, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Zylyy.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Zylyy account. Children are transported only when booked by their parent or guardian, who is responsible for that child's ride and for identifying who may drop off and receive them.

Drivers must additionally be 18+, hold a valid license and insurance, pass Zylyy's background and identity checks, and meet our vehicle standards.

Zylyy is a technology platform that connects families with independent drivers for child transportation. Zylyy does not employ drivers and does not itself provide transportation; drivers are independent contractors responsible for their own vehicles and conduct, subject to our safety standards.

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and child information.
• Identify the authorized adult(s) who may drop off and receive the child.
• Be reachable during the ride and available (or ensure an authorized person is) at drop-off.
• Confirm your child is in the car at pickup (the child-in-car hand-off) so the ride can start.
• Keep a valid payment method on file for fares and any applicable waiting charges.

• Maintain a valid license, insurance, registration, and a vehicle that meets our standards.
• Complete identity and background verification and keep it current.
• Follow all traffic and child-safety laws, including proper child restraints as required.
• Confirm the child is in the car at pickup and confirm an authorized person at drop-off.
• Consent to in-ride recording where enabled, and never transport anyone other than the booked child and authorized parties.

A ride starts only after both the driver and the parent confirm the child is in the car. At drop-off, the driver releases the child only to an authorized person. If no authorized person is present, the driver waits and our waiting policy applies (see the Cancellation Policy), and our safety protocol is followed until the child is safely received.

For safety, rides may be recorded (in-car and, at hand-off, the exterior). By booking or accepting a ride, riders and drivers consent to this recording where it is enabled and disclosed. Recordings are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Recording is only enabled in jurisdictions and in a manner consistent with applicable consent laws.

Fares are shown before you confirm a ride. Payment is processed through Stripe using the method on file. Additional charges may apply for waiting at drop-off, tolls, or cleaning, as disclosed. By keeping a card on file, you authorize Zylyy to charge these amounts. Waiting charges follow the schedule in the Cancellation Policy.

You may cancel under the terms of our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

Do not use Zylyy to break the law, endanger a child, harass any person, misrepresent who you are, interfere with the service, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to see. We may suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms or our safety standards.

Zylyy works hard to deliver safe, reliable rides, but to the fullest extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zylyy is not liable for the acts of independent drivers or riders beyond what the law requires, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the ride at issue, except where such a limit is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify Zylyy against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first; contact support@zylyy.com. The dispute-resolution and any arbitration terms will be finalized with counsel before launch.

We may update these Terms and will note the effective date above; continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using Zylyy at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
