How do you keep my child safe?
Every Zylyy driver passes a multi-point background check and identity verification before their first ride. You get live GPS tracking, verified pickups, and instant notifications when your child is picked up and dropped off.
How do I book a ride?
Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses in the booking box on the home page — they auto-complete as you type. You can get a quote without an account; to confirm a ride, sign up with your phone number.
Can I track the ride in real time?
Yes. Once a trip starts you'll see the driver's live GPS location plus alerts for pickup and drop-off, so you always know where your child is.
How much does a ride cost?
Pricing is based on distance and time of day, with no surprise surge fees. See the Pricing page for details, or enter your addresses on the home page for an instant quote.
Where does Zylyy operate?
We currently serve Smyrna, GA and the surrounding Atlanta area, and we're expanding. Enter your addresses on the home page to check whether we cover your route.
How does signing in work?
Zylyy uses your phone number for sign-in. We text you a 6-digit verification code — enter it and you're in. No passwords to remember.
How do I become a driver?
Applying takes about 10 minutes and requires a background check; you must be 18 or older. Look for "Apply to Drive" in the Drive with Zylyy section of the home page.
Can I cancel or reschedule a ride?
Yes — you can cancel or reschedule from your account before the driver is en route. Cancellations made early are free of charge.
