Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Zylyy uses cookies sparingly — mainly to keep you securely signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Strictly necessary: a secure, httpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in as a rider, driver, or admin. Without it, you could not stay logged in. There are separate session cookies for the rider, driver, and admin experiences so you can be signed in to more than one safely.

Functional: a small preference cookie remembers your light/dark theme choice.

When you make a payment, our processor (Stripe) may set cookies needed to complete the transaction securely and to help prevent fraud. When live video is active, LiveKit may use storage needed to run the stream. These are used only to deliver those specific features.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell cookie data. We do not track your family across other websites.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary session cookie will sign you out and prevent you from booking or driving.
